The USC Salkehatchie Indians softball team traveled to Surry Community College in Albermarle, North Carolina for today's games. The games were originally scheduled for Saturday April 3rd but due to the threat of inclement weather and it being Easter weekend, the coaches made a last minute decision last night to play the games today.
In game 1, the Indians fell 4-0, freshman Leigh Hite (Gilbert, SC) took the loss, she is now 8-9 on the season.
Game 2 is currently underway and once the score becomes available, I will post here on the blog.
