Mrs. Jane Brewer USC Salkehatchie athletic director and Region X division 1 basketball chair released the final standings and tournament bracket earlier today.
Region X Division 1-Men's basketball:
1) Brunswick CC 7-3
2) Cape Fear 6-4 (Cape Fear and USC Salk split but Cape Fear beat
Brunswick once)
3) USC Salkehatchie 6-4 ( split with Cape Fear but lost twice to
Brunswick)
4) Spartanburg Methodist College 5-5
5)Denmark Technical College 3-7 ( DTC and CJC split but DTC beat
Brunswick once)
6) Clinton Junior College 3-7 (CJC and DTC split but Clinton lost
twice to Brunswick)
On Thursday USC Salkehatchie will play Clinton CC at 5:00 pm and Spartanburg Methodist College will play Denmark Technical College at 7:00 pm.
Friday will feature the game 2 winner from Thursday vs Brunswick Community College at 5:00 pm and the game 1
winner will play Cape Fear at 7:00 pm. Those 2 winners will play for
championship at 2:00 pm on
Saturday.
