USC Salkehatchie women upset SMC 1-0



The USC Salkehatchie women's soccer team went into their match with their heads held high after a 5-0 victory over Stanley CC. The Lady Indians were looking to improve their 2-8 mark.

The Lady Indians Sherrika Othello would find the back of the net with 7:08 left in the first half to give them a 1-0 lead heading into the half.

In the second half, SMC threatened often but it was the great goal play of Danielle Hulst that keep the Lady Indians in the game.


In the end, the Lady Indians left SMC with a 1-0 victory. The Lady Indians now on a 2 game winning streak, improve their record to 3-8.


USC Salkehatchie and SMC split their regular season series as SMC won in Allendale, SC 3-0 in their previous match.

USC Salkehatchie men's soccer drops Region X match to SMC



The USC Salkehatchie Indians men's soccer team fell to Spartanburg Methodist College yesterday in Spartanburg, SC by a final of 3-0.



The Indians trailed at the end of the first half 1-0 and were unable to mount any offense in the second half, eventually falling 3-0.

Spartanburg Methodist swept the season series 2-0.

The Indians remain near the top of the Region X standings with a 5-2-2 record.

USC Salkehatchie VS Stanly CC game under lightning delay~



The USC Salkehatchie VS Stanly CC men's soccer match is currently under a lightning delay in Allendale, SC. Be sure to check twitter for the final results and updates on the game.

With 4 minutes left in the first half, the score is 0-0.

USC Salkehatchie women defeat Stanly CC by a final of 5-0

The USC Salkehatchie women jumped out to an early lead on Stanly CC when Ameilia Green scored in the opening minutes, Green would go on to score 3-goals.

Sherika Othello and Devon Cocuzza added the other two goals.

The second half was shortned to 25 minutes by the Stanly CC head coach.

The Lady Indians snap a 6-game losing streak and are now 2-8 on the season.

They face Spartanburg Methodist College this Saturday in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The match is set to start at 5:00 pm.

Come out and support the USC Salkehatchie soccer teams vs Stanley CC today in Allendale, SC. The women's match starts at 2:00 pm, followed by the men at 4:00 pm.

USC Salkehatchie "Fall" baseball HOME today!!



The USC Salkehatchie Indians baseball team is HOME today, starting at 1:00 pm.


Come out and enjoy a fun filled afternoon of baseball, admission is FREE.

Per NJCAA rules we are unable to report on "Fall" baseball games but we will have photo's from today's action.

USC Salkehatchie men's soccer improves to 5-1-1 with 4-0 win over Wake Tech



The USC Salkehatchie men improved to 5-1-1 and 4-1 in Region X today with a 4-0 victory over Wake Technical College.

The Indians started fast as they scored two minutes into the match and again seven minutes later when Elijah Ukpong found the back of the net.


Jack Jemison would add the third goal of the first half for Indians as he headed one in the back of the net.

The score at the half was USC Salkehatchie 3, Wake Technical College 0.

That score would remain until two minutes left in the match when Velmir Vejzovic got his first goal of the season.

The Indians will be back in action on Tuesday September 20th against new Region X foe, Stanley Community College.
