Indians earn tie against South Georgia



The USC Salkehatchie Indians faced South Georgia out of the NJCAA Region 17 today in Allendale, SC. The Indians Jason King would add the first and only goal for the Indians in the 41st minute of the first half.



The Indians lead at the half, 1-0.

South Georgia would respond early in the second half to knot the game up at 1-apiece and that's where it remain.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw.

South Georgia is now 7-4-1 on the season, while the Indians sit at 7-2-3.



The Indians are at home on Saturday as the will face Region X foe Louisburg College starting at 2:00 pm.


Sophomore appreciation will start at 1:45 pm prior to the start.
