According to the NJCAA~
On Sunday, October 11th, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon, the City of Colorado Springs will be performing maintenance on the transformer to the building where the NJCAA National Office is housed. As a result, the NJCAA website( www.njcaa.org ), schools website and phone system will be taken offline and will be unavailable for access during that time. As soon as power is restored to the building, access to the website will also be restored. Your patience throughout this process is appreciated.
