USC Salkehatchie men and women improve Region X record against USC Sumter~





The USC Salkehatchie men's soccer team came out into today's contest with USC Sumter on fire, scoring four goals in the first half. The score at the half was USC Salkehatchie 4, USC Sumter 1.
The Indians were lead by David Williams, scoring two goals in the contest. The Indians would add five more goals in the second half for a 9-2 victory.
In the women's game, neither team could find the goal early on but right before the half, Jessica Vido would hit a shot from 10-yards out.
The Indians lead 1-0 at the half.
The Indians would continue to play hard defense the entire second half and would eventually go on to win, 1-0.
The men improve to 4-9 on the season and 3-5 in Region X play.
The women are now 5-8-1 overall and 4-5 in Region X.
