NJCAA launches new web-based TV show NJCAA 360*

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The NJCAA and Clear Marketing Concepts, based in Tyler, Texas, are set to launch a new weekly web-based television show called NJCAA 360°, beginning Wednesday, Sept. 16. Each week, NJCAA 360° will take a comprehensive look at the schools and student-athletes of the National Junior College Athletic Association. In-season sports will take center stage as the show breaks down weekly rankings and highlights the players of the week.

The web-show will also recognize two Leaders for Life student-athletes each episode. NJCAA 360° can be viewed each week by clicking on the show’s banner icon on the NJCAA website, www.njcaa.org, or by bookmarking the following webpage: http://www.njcaa.org/njcaa360.cfm

“We are very excited about this new venture,” said NJCAA Executive Director Mary Ellen Leicht. “This will add yet another avenue for us to promote and recognize the talents of our member colleges and their student-athletes. We encourage everyone in the NJCAA community to take a few minutes each week and view the show.” The NJCAA National Office is asking member colleges, region directors and conference commissioners to assist in promoting NJCAA 360° by placing the attached banner ad on their websites with a link to the NJCAA homepage.

“The more places on the internet we can promote the show increases the number of people watching the show,” added Leicht, “which results in additional exposure for our colleges and student-athletes.”

The NJCAA website averages nearly a million hits a month during the academic year so their will be plenty of NJCAA 360° viewers each week.
