The USC Salkehatchie Indians faced the #2 team in the NJCAA tonight at the TCC Thanksgiving Classic.
Tallahassee Community College came out strong, leading at the half 41-24 at the half.
The Indians were never able to regain control and TCC cruised the remainder of the game, winning by a final score of 74-56.
"We have to continue to improve, we are close but then we take ten steps backwards. If we continue to turn the ball over, we will get beat, plain and simple. You can't commit 21-turnovers and have them get 24-points off them and be successful. We will work hard and get better, that is the bottom line," said USC Salkehatchie head coach Travis Garrett.
The Indians now drop to 1-8 on the season, while TCC improves to 9-2
The Indians will face Brevard CC on Thanksgiving day at 4:00 pm. Once the score becomes available, I will add here on the blog.
