The USC Salkehatchie men's soccer team fell at home today against Cape Fear Community College by a final score of 3-1. The Indians lead at the half by a score of 1-0. However, in the second half Cape Fear rallied to score three goals to get the victory.
USC Salkehatchie was thrilled to have over 50 Fairfax elementary school students out at the match today. It was great to see the children having such a great time at the game. I spoke with a few of the students and they said they were excited to watch a college soccer match, many said they had never been to a college sporting event. I want to thank the administration on behalf of USC Salkehatchie for making the trip happen.
