Indians fall short in first half against Middle Georgia College


The USC Salkehatchie Indians men's basketball team has struggled in the first half against Middle Georgia at home. The Indians came out sluggish and were unable to get anything going against the Warriors.


USC Salkehatchie head coach Travis Garrett obviously upset after his teams first half play said, "This has to be the worse effort by any team since I arrived at USC Salkehatchie. We are not getting back on defense, turnovers, no rebounds, it is a shame. I hope we can come out the second half and look better than the first. I am embarrassed right now."

On the Indians opening drive of the second half the failed to score, the Warriors scored on their first possession of the second half.

The score now 42-22 Middle Georgia with 18:33 left in the game.
