The USC Salkehatchie men's basketball team dropped their first Region X match-up of the season last night against Aiken Technical College, 72-67.
USC Salkehatchie head coach Travis Garrett said, "I was worried going up against Aiken Tech with the way we practiced on Sunday. The guys came out to practice flat and it carried over into the game. We will need to regroup and get back on track, I told the guys the season is not a sprint but a marathon. It all comes down to the last team standing and I made a challenge to the guys to be that team."
The Indians fall to 9-12 overall and 3-1 in Region X.
