I know that we have many local high school fans that read the blog, if you are looking for some great area baseball this afternoon; the Bamberg Ehrhardt Red Raiders will face the Chesterfield Rams at David Horton Field in Bamberg for the SC Class 1-A State Championship.
The Red Raiders defeated Johnsonville on Friday night, the Red Raiders had to win two games over Johnsonville and completed the task by winning 4-3 in game one and 7-2 in game 2. The series is the best 2 out of 3 games.
For you local fans, you may recall last season, the Red Raiders faced the Chesterfield Rams in the State Championship, winning in game 3 which was played at Lexington High School.
