The annual USC Salkehatchie athletics golf tournament was deemed a huge success by USC Salkehatchie athletics director-Mrs. Jane Brewer. The tournament which was held at Sweet Water Country Club in Barnwell, South Carolina was one of the best fundraisers to date with all those in attendance enjoying a great day for golf.
The course was beautiful and the players in attendance seemed to enjoy the playing surface, "The course looks great and it is one of the nicest ones we have around. I have played it several times and I'll be back. I wanted to support USC Salkehatchie and get in a great round of golf with friends, you can't beat that," said Marvin Williams-City of Fairfax Chief of police.
It was a great time for golf, food and friends from all over the state of South Carolina enjoying a nice day at the course.
