The USC Salkehatchie Indians softball team fell on hard times in game 2 after an exciting finish to game 1.Freshman Samantha Martin started game 2 and gave up a grand slam that gave the Pioneers a 5-0 lead early in the contest.
The Indians were unable to come back and finally lost by a final of 7-1.
The Indians are now 14-19 and 6-4 in Region X.
