After a very busy Wednesday, Thursday has been quiet. Updates on weather this weekend.

The USC Salkehatchie athletics programs were busy yesterday as the Lady Indians traveled to Sumter, South Carolina to take on USC Sumter. In a slow rainy afternoon, the Lady Indians were able to secure two victories over the Fire Ants.

In Allendale, South Carolina the Indians baseball team earned two much needed wins against Limestone College JV. The Indians were 3-7 in their previous 10-games and as coach Bubba Dorman put it, a win is a win.


Lady Indians Softball:



This weekend the Lady Indians will be at home on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday they will host Pitt Community College in a double-header. On Sunday they take on Patrick Henry Community College in another double header.

Indians Baseball:


The Indians are scheduled for a 4-game series with USC Lancaster in Lancaster, South Carolina.

Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning...then showers and thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of rain 60 percent.





Sunday:




Partly sunny with a 30 percent chance of showers. Breezy with highs in the upper 60s.
