USC Salkehatchie Baseball Teams Wins Series With Salem Community College 2-games to 1

The USC Salkehatchie Indians improved there over-all record to 10-7 with a win today over Salem Community College 10-6.

The Indians jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first and never looked back. The Indians were to held to 3 and out only once in the contest.

Leading the Indians were, Carlito Santana (Santo Domingo, D. R.) with 3-hits, Cam Louis (Conway, SC) and Brian Parsons (Spartanburg, SC) each had 2-RBI'S.

Sophomore Dylan Hightower (Cayce, SC) got the win for the Indians on the mound.

The Indians now 10-7 over-all and 5-1 in Region X play will face Guilford Technical College on Saturday in a double-header, the first game is scheduled for 1:00 pm.

The Indians are 3-5 at home on the season and 7-2 on the road.
