Indians set for 4-games series with Guilford Technical College starts today at 1:00pm

VS

The USC Salkehatchie Indians baseball team will host Guilford Technical College for a four-game series starting today at 1:00pm in Allendale, South Carolina. Today's game is a double-header and Sunday's game which starts at 1:00pm is a double-header also.

Guilford Technical College is in Jamestown, North Carolina and a member of Region X (The same as USC Salkehatchie).

The Guilford Tech Titans come into the series with an over-all record of 6-14 and a 0-4 Region X record.

The USC Salkehatchie Indians come into the series 10-7 over-all and 5-1 in Region X play.

The weekend series is set to be a great match-up, the Indians should throw their top pitchers this weekend in sophomore-Mark Henderson (North Charleston, SC) and sophomore-Ali Williams (Sumter, SC).

The Indians have an explosive offense with Branfy Arias leading off and Oliver Santos batting clean-up.

The rest of the Indians have been on fire at the plate as well this season, so it should be a great weekend for baseball.

The weatherman is calling for a 40% chance of rain and if there are any postponements or cancellations, I will post them to the blog.
