I have been asked by several players and a couple of parents concerning classes tomorrow at USC Salkehatchie and whether they have been cancelled for tomorrow, due to the prediction by the national weather service of ice and snow in our area. According to USC Salkehatchie academic dean Mrs. Jane Brewer, classes will meet as scheduled on March 2, 2009. If there is any change students will be notified by the Carolina alert system and students and parents can also tune into local radio and television stations for any information. You can also access the main USC Salkehatchie academic website at http://uscsalkehatchie.sc.edu/ for any changes in class schedules.
We urge all students to take the time to sign-up for the Carolina alert system, if you sign up you will be notified of any changes that occur at USC Salkehatchie.
