Lady Indians sweep Patrick Henry, several Lady Indians have huge day.

The USC Salkehatchie Lady Indians swept Patrick Henry from Martinsville, VA in their scheduled double header in Allendale, South Carolina.

In game 1, sophomore Cea Knox was on the mound for the Lady Indians and in the end, she would toss a 2-hitter against Patrick Henry.


The Lady Indians would break the school record for runs scored in a game as they defeated Patrick Henry by a final score of 27-0 in 5-innings.

Freshman Stacee Whittle (Swansea, SC) hit a grand-slam (4th home run of season) will going 2-4 at the plate.


Freshman Symone Nettles went 4-4 with 3-doubles and 4-RBI's.

In game 2, sophomore Michelle Turner got the start for the Lady Indians and she took full advantage of it, only giving up 1-run. Turner is now 3-3 on the season. The Lady Indians would win game 2 in 5-innings 15-1.
