USC Salkehatchie Indians 73, Denmark Technical Panthers 64

The USC Salkehatchie mens basketball team outlasted Denmark Technical College tonight in Denmark, South Carolina. The Indians lead throughout the contest and in the end, it was the Indians winning by a final of 73-64.

"I wasn't thrilled with our overall play tonight, we have to learn to play more focused but as I have said before, we haven't played our best basketball yet. I want our guys to cut down on turnovers, if we play the way we did tonight against a better team, we would have been in trouble. I am going to go back and watch the film and make the adjustments we need to get better as we head down the stretch," said USC Salkehatchie head coach Travis Garrett.

Leading the Indians:

Larry Cox 23-points

Brandon Riley 18-points

Travis Wilkins 5-points

Brandon Julious 4-points

Javon Woodberry 4-points

The Indians are now 11-12 on the season and 7-2 in Region X play.
