The USC Salkehatchie Indians baseball team traveled to Anderson, South Carolina today and faced Anderson University.
The Indians were looking to record their first victory in the young season and in game 1, they did just that 11-3.
It was Terrence Devoe getting the win for the Indians and Kyle Pittman seeing action in relief.
In game two, the Indians would come up short 6-5. It was Bert Knox getting the loss for the Indians but he had a strong outing on the mound.

The Indians will be back in action this Saturday against Chattanooga and South Georgia in Douglas, Georgia.
The Indians will be at home for the first time this season on Sunday, game time is 1:00 pm.
