The USC Salkehatchie Indians men's basketball team continued it's downward spiral today in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Indians season started out so promising but in the past few weeks, they have struggled down the stretch.
" I don't understand what is wrong right now, it is disappointing to see a team with so much potential letting the season slip away," said USC Salkehatchie head coach Travis Garrett.
The Indians were close throughout with the Pioneers but let it slip away in the end, 70-64.
" If we don't work hard this week, we will be one and done at the Region X tournament. I am not being negative, we have the potential to play with anyone and I know this team can get it done but they have to get focused and focused in a hurry," said coach Garrett.
