It took Young Harris 9-innings to get past the scrappy USC Salkehatchie Lady Indians Friday afternoon, by a final of 5-4."I hate that Sam Martin had to get the loss, she pitched great. She is a gutsy pitcher and people at the game today saw just that. I feel really good as we played two good softball programs and held our own. If we can take care of the ball and finish games, we'll be fine," said USC Salkehatchie head coach Mitch Smith.
